When companies launch a new product, they try to reach as many new customers as they can in order to boost their sales and generate revenue.
A nice way however, which is usually ignored by many businesses, is to write a product announcement email and circulate it on a wide scale.
Start the email by putting your company name at the top. The name would let the customers know who has written the email and what the company is all about. If you can write a slogan, it will work wonders.
Use opening salutations. Opening salutation of your email can be Dear Reader or Dear Customer.
The first paragraph of the email should directly mention what the message is about, i.e. tell the readers about the product. You can start by saying that your company is proud to introduce such and such product. If there is some important news, you can mention it right at the start of the email, grabbing the attention of the reader.
In the second paragraph, you can talk about the product specifications. Your aim should be to convince the readers to buy your products, which can only be done if you can distinguish your product from that of your competitors.
Conclude the email by offering something. In this section, you can announce company news, a special package or anything that can increase the interest of your reader.
