Find a gym nearby
The first step to get a good physique quickly is to find a gym that is near your house. If you join a gym outside your area, you will most probably get tired of walking (or driving) to the gym on a regular basis.
Choose proper time for exercise
The best time for exercise is morning. But getting up early every single morning is an issue for most of the people. So, the next best option is to give evening time a try. You can allocate enough time to workout after your office hours.
Before you start regular exercises in the gym, lift weights or run on the treadmill, do not forget to do warm-up exercises to keep the blood flowing. Starting exercise without an at least ten-minute warm-up will stiffen your body, and you will become more prone to muscle cramps and even injuries.

Lifting heavy dumbbells may look fascinating, but for a rookie who has joined the gym for the first time ever, working out without weights is the best way to adjust to muscle pressure.
During the period you exercise in a gym, taking proper diet is the key to good physique. The amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat should be balanced. Consulting a dietician and your gym coach can help you chart out an effective diet plan.
